admin yolandahh Must be an issue with incorrect username or password, please login with Growatt username/password in https://server.growatt.com/login to make sure it is correct, thanks.
ChrisS Not sure why I didn't get a reply before but I'm getting the same error as yolandahh and my username and password are able to login to Growatt directly.
